How the free trial works
Every new client starts with a 7-day free trial — the full product, with no credit card required to start. You add a payment method from your dashboard during the trial; nothing is charged until the trial ends. On day 6 you get a final ROI report, and you can cancel any time before day 7 with one click — if you do, you are never charged.
Payment methods & billing
Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) — you never share card details directly with us. We accept:
- Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- SEPA Direct Debit — for EU bank accounts
You add your payment method securely from your client dashboard during the trial. The first charge happens only when the trial ends.
Invoices
Invoices are sent automatically by email from billing@automatedfront.com as soon as your service is active. No VAT is added: we operate under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario, art. 1 §54–89, Law 190/2014), so invoices are issued without VAT.

Cancelling
Cancel any time — one click in your dashboard, or email cancel@automatedfront.com. Cancellation is immediate and you won't be charged for the next month. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. (An already-paid partial month isn't refunded, unless you're within the 30-day money-back window above.)

When am I charged?

What if I get 100+ calls a day?
No problem. Alex handles unlimited concurrent calls — there is never a per-call or per-minute charge. The flat monthly price covers everything.
My business type isn't listed — can I still use Alex?
Alex is optimized for dental today; other local-service trades are available on request. After (or during) your trial, email hello@automatedfront.com and we'll confirm whether your sector is a fit.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Clients in the United States are billed $497/month; clients in Europe and the rest of the world are billed €497/month. In both cases the price is all-inclusive with no VAT added.
